Transformational Leadership Qualities
These seven principles emerge from the leadership research done by Bernard Bass
in the 1980s. He makes a distinction between the transformation
qualities of leadership and the basic transactional qualities of
leadership. He discovered when the transformational qualities are
present it boosts the effectiveness of a leader's transactional
behaviors. These seven leadership qualities had high correlation
with the seven biblical principles of identity driven leadership.
